Considering the amount an average MBA student invests in their degree, it’s hardly surprising that post-MBA salary is a big focus for prospective students. Nearly a fifth of students identify a ‘return on investment’ as an important factor when choosing schools.
Students need the promise of a post-MBA salary spike to pay off tuition fees alone, which pack a hefty punch. Take the Harvard Business School MBA, fetching tuition costs of over $145,000, or NYU Stern’s MBA, which costs more than $140,000.
